The Utilihab T-slot Track Lighting system is a low-voltage system using a special plastic insert channel that turns the standard 50mm profile slot into a mount and power strip for small fixed and articulated lighting modules that can be freely positioned along the slot. These employ a plastic quick-lock base similar to some T-nut attachment which engages the concealed contact strips on the insert channel. A transformer/dimmer/power interface unit for the track is mounted by T-nuts in a concealed portion of wall or ceiling space. The T-slot Track Lighting system will work in vertical or horizontal orientations with plastic slot covers used for added safety with vertical installations.
