The Utilihab standard battery kits employ sealed tubular plate gel cel batteries designed for side installation and front access on a battery support rack designed to integrate to the SuperCabinet component set. Rigid color-coded insulated connector bars provide quick and easy array connections and the racks accommodate the Modular Charge Controller chassis that can integrate different modules for different combinations of power sources (solar, wind, generator) and grid intertie as well as backup management and charge controller/power converter redundancy. This design parallels that of telecommunications power and provides for orderly installation, quick repairs, and easy reconfiguration. The Standard Battery Storage kits are scalable and can accommodate power storage arrays of any size.
